Actress Funke Akindele calls out fraudster using her name to dupe people
Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has taken to her social media account to call out a fraudster who is reportedly using her name to defraud unsuspecting victims.
In a post shared on her official X page (formerly Twitter), the mother of two said that the scammer has been using her name and profile picture to dupe people on WhatsApp.

Akindele claims that the fraudster, going by the name Prosper Paul, has been posing as her and requesting money via texts with the promise of paying it back the following day.
The actress cautioned the public to beware of the fraudster who is still at large.
“Pls beware!!! This is not from me!! Prosper!!! E no go prosper for you o!!! Ole!!!” Funke captioned her post.
