Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has taken to her official social media pages to counsel young creatives, encouraging them to persevere in the face of challenges.

The mother of two, who gave counsel to young creatives in a post on her official X and Instagram pages, disclosed that her own journey to success was not easy but worth the while.

Despite the challenges she faced, the serial movie producer took pride in her modest upbringing and credited hard work and perseverance for her eventual success.

“My journey to success wasn’t always pretty, but it was worth it!
