Actress Mary Lazarus shades parents raising kids to handle physical issues but neglect spirituality
Nollywood actress Mary Lazarus has called out parents who teach their children to deal with physical issues but don’t equip them with spiritual backgrounds.
The sultry thespian, in a post shared on her official Instagram page, cited an example of a friend of hers who is going through an issue that neither money nor anyone can help except God’s intervention.
Mary Lazarus disclosed further that she felt puzzled when her friend told her that she cannot pray, and when she asked her friend about her background, she understood why.
The actress then used the medium to ask why parents would not bring their children to church, particularly the kids’ section, to help them grow spiritually.

‘‘A young friend of mine is going through a situation that neither money or anyone can help her with, except if God intervenes. But she does not know how to pray, I was a bit puzzled until I asked her about her background and I understood why.
‘‘Why do some parents go to church and leave their children at home, or why do they go to church and allow their kids to follow them into adult church, instead of teen or children’s church? Why don’t they allow them attend Sunday school?
‘‘How do you prepare them only for life’s physical battles and not spiritual battles?’’ The actress asked.
