Actress Mary Remi-Njoku questions need to be part of Nollywood guilds

Sultry actress Mary Remi-Njoku has taken to her social media account to question the need for film industry players to  be part of Nollywood guilds and other associations.

The thespian who took to her official Instagram page to question the need to be part of such associations said that she is looking for someone to help her outline the benefits with supporting evidence.

She added further in her post on the social media platform that a budding actor once asked her what benefits she stands to gain by joining Nollywood guilds and associations, but she is finding it hard to provide an answer.

‘A budding filmmaker once asked me, ‘‘What are the benefits of being part of Nollywood guilds and associations?’’ and I am struggling to give a clear answer.

‘‘Can somebody help me to outline the benefits with supporting evidence?’’ She asked.
