Alleged N12.3bn fraud: Otudeko’s counsel protests in court
The counsel to the Chairman of the Honeywell Group, Oba Otudeko, on Monday protested at the Federal High Court, Lagos.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday arraigned Otudeko, the former Group Managing Director of First Bank of Nigeria (FBN) Limited, Bisi Onasanya, and two others for alleged fraudulent withdrawal of N12.3 billion from the bank between 2013 and 2014.

The remaining defendants are a former board member of Honeywell, Soji Akintayo, and a company, Anchorage Leisure Limited.
The counsel, Mr. Bode Olanipekun (SAN), told the court the charge had not been served on Otudeko and two others charged along with him.
Olanipekun is the council to the three defendants.
