APC suspends Kebbi governor’s aide over snake incident

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has suspended Alhaji Kabir Sani-Giant, the Special Adviser on Power and Politics to the Kebbi State governor, with immediate effect.
The APC Secretary in the state, Alhaji Sa’idu Muhammad-Kimba, announced the suspension in a statement on Sunday in Birnin Kebbi.
He revealed that Sani-Giant brought a snake to the Government House on February 8 and intimidated dignitaries, statesmen, and officials.

He said the conduct could embarrass and discredit the party.
The secretary added that Sani-Giant’s actions violated APC’s constitution.
“His suspension remains in place pending further investigation and possible disciplinary action, which could lead to expulsion if repeated,” Muhammad-Kimba said
