Former male housemate of the Big Brother Naija (BBN) reality TV show, Leo Dasilva has stressed the need for men to prioritise their mental health and general well-being.

The reality TV star made the remarks in a post on social media while arguing that the statement ‘’Be a man” is used to silence men, ignoring their happiness and a trigger for toxicity.

According to him, it is okay for you as a man to also prioritize your mental health and general well-being because If one is not fine, then he cannot effectively take care of anyone.
