CABINET RESHUFFLE: See the six ministers Tinubu sacked

President Bola Tinubu has made significant changes to his cabinet, dismissing six ministers and nominating seven new candidates for ministerial positions.

The ministers removed from their roles include:

– Prof. Tahir Mamman (Education)
– Uju Kennedy Ohanenye (Women Affairs)
– Mohammed Gwarzo (State for Housing)
– Jamila Ibrahim (Youth Development)
– Lola Ade-John (Tourism)
– Suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Betta Edu.

Among the nominees sent to the National Assembly for confirmation is Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu, the widow of the late Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu.

Bayo Onanuga, the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, shared these updates with State House reporters following the Federal Executive Council meeting led by the President at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Additionally, Onanuga mentioned that ten ministers have been reassigned to new portfolios.
