CAF announces date, venue for 2024 Awards gala
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the date and venue for the 2024 Awards gala.
The 2024 African Player of the Year Awards will take place on December 16, 2024, in Marrakech, Morocco.
In a statement, CAF shared, “The CAFAwardsAwards24 will be hosted in the tourist city of Marrakech, Morocco, on 16 December 2024”

While the exact time of the event has yet to be confirmed, the continental football house assured that further details will follow soon.
The annual CAF Awards celebrates outstanding performances by players and teams in both club and national competitions.
The CAF African Player of the Year in the men’s and women’s categories remains the most coveted award of the night.
