Colleagues react after actor Saheed Balogun announces daughter’s demise

Colleagues and fans of Saheed Balogun have reacted after the popular Nollywood actor took to his social media account to announce the death of his daughter.

On Saturday, October 5, 2024, the versatile actor shared a post on his verified Instagram account about the tragic event of losing his daughter Zeenat.

Even though the cause of Zeenat’s death remained unknown at the time this article was filed, Saheed shared a somber photo of candles surrounded by flowers and heartbroken emoticons.

Saheed’s ex-wife Fathia Williams Balogun also verified the news on Instagram a few hours after it was made public.

“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un,” Fathia wrote beside a picture of a candle on social media.

Moments later, Ronke Oshodi Oke, commonly known as Ronke Ojo, posted a message on her Instagram about the depressing event.

“No words can ease the pain of losing someone so precious. My heart goes out to you, @saidibalogun, during this incredibly difficult time.

”May you find strength in the love and support surrounding you,” the actress captioned her post.
