‘Don’t kill yourself, just repent, ask God for forgiveness’, Portable tells Bobrisky
Controversial street-wise singer, Habib Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has advised crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, alias Bobrisky, not to commit suicide but to change his ways, repent from sin and ask God for forgiveness.
The ‘Zazoo Zeh’ hitmaker gave the advice in reaction to Bobrisky’s lamentations on Thursday where he revealed that he is battling with suicidal thoughts following the controversies that arose from a leaked audio by social media activist, VeryDarkMan insinuating that Bobrisky had allegedly bribed some officials of the EFCC with the sum of N15m so he would not spend his six months jail term inside the Kirikiri prison.
In a post on social media, Bobrisky had emphasized that he was contemplating taking his life due to the heat he has been made to go through as a result of the leaked audio clip.
But weighing in on the matter on Instagram, Portable advised Bobrisky not to consider suicide but repent from his sinful ways.

The singer also encouraged the self-proclaimed transgender to ask God for forgiveness and embrace a path of redemption, noting that seeking forgiveness is crucial for his personal growth and well-being.
“Bobrisky, life is risky. God does not want sinners to die. Tell him to repent. Damn it to any sinner that does not repent. If you die, you are going to hell. Beg God to forgive you. God does not want a sinner to die,” Portable said.
“Help me tell Bobrisky to ask God for forgiveness. All Bobrisky needs is to ask God for forgiveness of sin. What Bobrisky is facing now, if he repents, he will enjoy the world. But if he does not repent he’ll end up in hell fire,” he added.
