EFCC arrests 24 suspected internet fraudsters in Edo
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 24 suspected internet fraudsters in Edo State.
The EFCC’s Head of Media and Publicity, Mr. Dele Oyewale, confirmed the news in a statement on Wednesday in Abuja.

He said the suspects were arrested on Wednesday in Benin City based on actionable intelligence on their involvement in internet-related fraud.
“Items recovered from the suspects include 11 exotic cars, laptops, and phones.
“They will be charged to court once investigations are concluded,” Oyewale added.
