EFCC arrests four Chinese, 101 other suspected internet fraudsters in Abuja
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 105 suspects, including four Chinese nationals, for alleged internet fraud in Abuja.
The EFCC’s Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale, disclosed this in a statement on Friday in Abuja.
He said the suspects were arrested in a business apartment on Thursday on the Gudu axis of Abuja.

Oyewale added that the operation was part of the commission’s ongoing efforts to clean the country of internet fraud and other acts of corruption.
“The suspects who comprised 38 females and 67 males were involved in a job scam targeting victims and hotels in Europe and other parts of the world.
“They will be charged to court at the end of investigations,” the spokesman stated.
