When the matter was called on Tuesday, the defendants were not in court.

When Justice H.J. Yilwa asked the FCCP lawyer, Chizenum Nsitem, about the whereabouts of the defendants, he said although the matter was scheduled for their arraignment, he was just briefed about the case and would need more time to study the case file.

The judge, thereafter, adjourned the matter till May 28 for arraignment.
