Gov Sule sacks SSG, commissioners in Nasarawa
The Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has sacked the Secretary to the State Government, Muhammad Ubandona-Aliyu, and all commissioners in his cabinet.
The Permanent Secretary, Cabinet Affairs and Special Duties, Office of the SSG, Mohammed Illiyasu-Idde, disclosed this in a statement on Friday in Lafia.
He said dissolution took effect from Friday.
The statement read: “By this development, all outgoing commissioners are to hand over the affairs of their ministries and all government property in their possession to the Permanent Secretaries of their respective ministries.
“The Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State is to hand over to the Permanent Secretary, Cabinet Affairs and Special Services.
The governor expressed gratitude to all the outgoing appointees for their services to the state and wished them well in their future endeavours.”
