Gunmen abduct Anambra commissioner, wife
Gunmen have abducted the Anambra State Commissioner for Youths Development, Patrick Aghamba, and his wife.
The attackers also shot dead the commissioner’s aide who was travelling with them.

The couple were traveling to Awka for Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s daughter’s wedding slated for Saturday when they came under attack from the criminals.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Christian Aburime, confirmed the commissioner’s abduction on Friday in Awka.
He was however silent on the exact place where the couple were abducted.
