Katsina Assembly passes N692.2bn 2025 budget
The Katsina State House of Assembly on Tuesday passed the 2025 appropriation Bill of N692.244 billion into law.
Governor Dikko Radda presented a budget estimate of N682.2 billion to the House for consideration on November 25.
The Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriation, Alhaji Lawal Yaro, presented the report at the plenary and it was adopted by the lawmakers.

He said the committee discovered that N10 billion was omitted from the proposed budget.
This, according to him, led to an increase of about N10 billion in the budget approved by the committee.
