Onnoghen arrives CCT, awaits fate
Retired Chief Justice of Nigeria has arrived at the Code of Conduct Tribunal and is awaiting the arrival of the judges.
The three-member panel, led by Danladi Umar, on Monday, had fixed today for judgment on the case against Onnoghen.

The Tribunal was to start sitting at 12pm, but was yet to commence as at the time of filing in this story at 12:20pm.
The case was originally scheduled to begin at 9am, but was shifted to 12noon.
Onnoghen who had earlier arrived the premises of the CCT before 9am was yet to exit his vehicle when he got the news of the postponement.
He left when information about the new development reached him.
He is currently in the courtroom waiting for the arrival of the Tribunal judges
