The lawyers representing Sean Puffy Combs aka Puff Daddy have responded to a fresh claim made by a man who alleged that the embattled music mogul onced forced him to perform oral s3x on the set of a TV commercial.
In a New York County Supreme Court complaint obtained by USA TODAY, the anonymous victim filing as John Doe, alleged Combs s3xually assaulted him on the set of a commercial in either 2022 or 2023.
Doe who in the court filing described himself as a “photographer/production assistant” said that he “struck up a conversation” with Combs while filming the “high-profile commercial”.
He further alleged in the suit that Puff Daddy invited him into his trailer, and demanded that he perform oral s£x on him and promised to “make your career take off.” An alleged incident which Doe described as a “blatant s3xual quid-pro-quo.”
“Combs framed this meeting as an opportunity for (Doe) to advance his career. (Doe), although hesitant, could not turn down what appeared to be a career-defining moment few ever receive,” the lawsuit filed by Doe reads. “The implication was clear, also, that if (Doe) did not perform oral s£x on Combs to his satisfaction, his career would be over.”
While reacting to the allegations made by Doe in a statement, the lawyers representing Puff Daddy maintained that their client has never s3xually assaulted or s3x trafficked anyone; man or woman, adult or minor as alleged by many.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or s£x trafficked anyone; man or woman, adult or minor.”
The statement continued, “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident will prevail in court.”
