American music mogul Sean Puffy Combs popularly known in entertainment circles as Puff Daddy is now cooling his heels in police net following his arrest in New York as security operatives continue an investigation into s3x trafficking allegations against him.

Following his grand jury indictment, the rapper was hauled into jail by Homeland Security Investigations at 8:15 p.m. on Monday, September 16, at the Park Hyatt Hotel on 57th Street in Manhattan.

Attorney Marc Agnifilo for Mr. Combs stated he thought his client was facing charges of racketeering and s3x trafficking, but the indictment is sealed and the charges are not public knowledge.

“He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal,” Attorney Agnifilo said.

The 54-year-old’s arrest coincides with an ongoing federal probe and a flurry of lawsuits alleging s3xual assault against him.
