Four governors from the South-West States on Tuesday met with their Ondo State counterpart, Rotimi Akeredolu, in Ibadan, Oyo State.

However, issues discussed at the meeting have not been made public.
Akeredolu has been operating from his private residence in the Oyo State capital since he returned from a three-month medical vacation in Germany last month.
The governor’s absence from Ondo State has continued to generate reactions with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and activities in the state demanding his impeachment over incapacitation.
