Seun Kuti pens touching tribute to late father, Fela

Afrobeat musician Seun Anikulapo Kuti has taken to social media to pen a touching tribute to his late father, Fela Anikulapo Kuti.

The father of one in a post shared on his Instagram reflected on his father’s legacy while marking 27 years since he passed on to the great beyond.

According to Seun, every year since his father passed on, his impact on the lives of his children has continued to grow in leaps and bounds.

“Every note, every phrase, every dance, every song and every album is to show my love for you. “I miss you! I play my sax for you dad, I live for your legacy and I am loyal to the mission. Love you big man more than words can express.”

“Every year since you passed to the great beyond, your impact on our lives has continued to grow.” Seun wrote on Instagram.
