Singer Ruger explains why relationships do not work for him
Talented Nigerian Afropop singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka, popularly known in music circles as Ruger, has explained why he thinks relationships do not work for him.
The ‘Asiwaju’ crooner, who spoke freely during an interview with Naija FM, said that he is a loverboy, and he recently found out that relationships do not work out for him.
Ruger, who was born and raised in Lagos State (Nigeria’s hectic metropolis), said that his first instinct when he sees a girl is to think about how he can get serious with her, but later, he becomes unserious about getting intimate with a girl all of a sudden.

He said; “I am a loverboy, it’s just now that I understand that relationships don’t work for me. But normally, my first instinct when I see a girl is to think about how I can get serious with her. But later, I just become unserious all of a sudden.”
When asked if he interacts with female fans outside of shows, he said, “To be honest, no! On stage, the most I can offer a female fan is a flower. In my experience, it’s as though we are collaborating. We collaborate; I don’t take it outside of the stage.
