Tinubu appoints seven executive directors for NTA
President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of seven executive directors for the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
The Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed the appointment in a statement on Friday in Abuja.
According to him, Mr. Ayo Adewuyi was reappointed Executive Director, News, and Ibrahim Aliyu, Executive Director, Special Duties.
Other appointees are:
· Malam Muhammed Mustapha – Executive Director, Administration and Training
· Mrs. Apinke Effiong – Executive Director, Finance
· Mrs. Tari Taylor – Executive Director, Programme,
· Mr. Sadique Omeiza – Executive Director, Engineering.
· Mrs. Oluwakemi Fashina – Executive Director, Marketing.
The statement read: “The appointments take immediate effect, and President Tinubu urges the appointees to bring their wealth of experience to bear on the operations of the national broadcast station, particularly in scaling up to meet global digital standards.”
