Yul Edochie counsels Nigerians held down by certain ‘village people’

Popular Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has taken to social media to counsel Nigerians who believe that their destinies are being held down by ‘village people’.

The thespian who gave counsel on the matter in a post shared on his Instagram page said that village people don’t have time because they are trying to make headway for themselves.

He said that people who believe that village people are holding down their destinies should go traditional and ask about their personal lives and what the future holds for them.

Yul Edochie said that such people should know who they are, where they are coming from, and where they should be heading because churches cannot solve everything.

‘‘Nobody hold you for village. People in the village don’t even have your time. They are busy trying to make headway in their own lives. Na you hold yourself.

‘‘Go home, go traditional and ask questions about your life. Know who you are, where you come from and where you should be heading to. Church doesn’t solve everything,’’ the controversial actor wrote on his official Instagram page.
